The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed in a modern way with beautiful views from the balcony.The buffet breakfast and dinner was a treat to our taste buds. The hotel staffs were very friendly and attended to our requests with a smile.

We were a group of 13 members and the interconnected rooms were perfect for our family. The huge bathrooms, view from the balcony and the complimentary snacks & drinks were a huge hit with the kids. The games during pool time and the bonfire kept everyone engaged. The coffee plantation walk was also quite informative. The resort has an infinity pool which has beautiful views and an additional pool. We played cricket, shuttle and cycled around. A kids play area and multiple swings kept kids of all ages busy. The dinner and breakfast spread was scrumptious. Special mention to all the staff at the resort, they are very polite, helpful and always smiling..Savitha, Naani, Ravi to name a few. The team was always in touch right from enquiry, enroute to the resort as well as calling to check if we have reached back safely to our city. Small gestures but very heartwarming. -Anjali

The location is awesome, view from rooms and swimming pool is breathtaking. It's a great spot of one wants to relax over the weekend , it's a kids friendly zone and lot of fun activities for kids under 10. The food was good and the bonfire meet and greet where one can meet others and make new friends . Would like to make a special mention of the staff who are very well trained and professional. The know the etiquettes of real hospitality. The behaviour of the staff, It cannot go unnoticed. A big 5star for that. I am sure I will be back to this resort.

Very nice location. Rooms excellent. All service personnel were warm & receptive. Spa was under construction, so couldn't experience it. Beautiful swimming pool. Good food with good service especially from Mr. Ravi Rai & Atul Joshi. The gym needs drastic improvement. Room TV needs variety. Currently, it's very limited. Bathroom towels need immediate replacement.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Very warm hospitality by every staff be it at reception, pool area, person carrying the language, activity guide and staff at restaurant. The best part is the view of mountains and the valley from the resort. We enjoyed all the activities be it the swimming pool, indoor games, cycling around the premises. Do not miss the the nature walk with Nani. He briefed us about the native flora and fauna also the lifecycle of coffee plantation. If you are not afraid of height then my suggestion would be to try zipline, it's not the longest, but surely gonna be fun.
